Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing activities and evaluate potential suppliers for IT hardware, software, and services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with vendors to secure favorable terms.
- Manage the RFI/RFQ/RFP process, ensuring compliance with procurement regulations and company policies.
- Monitor supplier performance and foster strong, mutually beneficial vendor relationships.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through market analysis and spend tracking.
- Collaborate with internal IT, Finance, and Legal teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in an IT procurement or supply chain role.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
